Community Involvement & Events
Beverly Bank takes great pride in partnering with organizations including Harborlight Community Partners, Boys and Girls Clubs, the American Red Cross of Northeast Massachusetts, and the YMCA - just to name a few. Additionally, we support programs such as the Beverly High School Technology initiative, as well as Salem Cyberspace, making it evident that Beverly Bank is deeply interested in educational endeavors here and in the surrounding communities.
Our participation and support of art and cultural events, including Montserrat College of Art’s “Artrageous” auction and Beverly’s “First Night” celebration reflects our continued support of the role the arts and cultural diversity play in the quality of life and the economic development of our community.
Commitment to Community
When Beverly Bank was founded 125 years ago, service to the community was one of its core values, and it remains that way today. While needs have changed, we remain true to our commitment because our success is based in part on the success of the communities we serve. Today we provide personal and business banking services to communities throughout the North Shore. Our employees’ participation in many North Shore community activities including Beverly and Salem Chambers of Commerce, the Beverly and Salem Rotary Clubs, the Beverly Kiwanis Club, as well as organizing teams to walk for causes such as HAWC and the fight against breast cancer - are a few more examples of how Beverly Bank is committed to making a difference.
Beverly Bank works together with organizations that provide economic opportunities for our communities. Through financial support including donations and sponsorships, leadership, and employee volunteers, we contribute to community reinvestment, including:
- Fair housing and community services targeted to low- and moderate-income families and individuals
- Community development initiatives for economically challenged areas
- Academic achievement and success of local area youth
