Being an active community partner is a cornerstone of our philosophy. We are dedicated to making a difference in the North Shore communities we serve. Our employee-driven initiatives focus on supporting and strengthening local causes.
We are passionate about educational endeavors and help facilitate school banking programs at Hannah, North Beverly, Cove and Ayers-Ryalside Elementary Schools. Additionally, we support the Beverly High School Technology Initiative and Leap4Education Program in Salem. We also recognize the significant impact that art and cultural diversity have on the well-being of our community and enjoy supporting the recently refurbished Cabot Theatre - an icon in downtown Beverly, as well as events including Montserrat College of Art’s “Artrageous” auction and Beverly Main Streets' initiatives including the annual “First Night” celebration.
Through partnering with organizations including Harborlight Community, North Shore Community Development Coalition, Beverly Bootstraps and the YMCA - just to name a few - we can strengthen efforts that encourage the well-being of our community. Find out more about our Charitable Giving.
Outside of bank-led volunteer efforts, many employees are also involved in local Chambers of Commerce, the Beverly and Salem Rotary Clubs, the Beverly Kiwanis Club, and civic organizations throughout the region.
